Waste paper bag- / Bottle holder

• Move both front seats to their rearmost positions
• Remove the side panels from the centre console. First turn the clip at the rear edge of the panels 90°. Pull the rear edge of the panel out slightly and then pull off the panel backwards.

• Pry off the rear edge of the gear selector lever cover together with the boot until the two clips release. Use a plastic weatherstrip tool. Remove the gear selector lever cover and the boot. Pull the panel up until the four clips at the sides release.

• Remove the panel from the gear change lever boot. First press in the four catches around the panel. Then pull the panel up.

• Remove the two screws in the front mounting of the centre console.

• Remove the rubber mat at the bottom of the storage compartment in the centre console. Remove the two screws underneath.

• Remove the boot for the handbrake lever. Carefully pry off the panel using a plastic weatherstrip tool.

• Remove the panel from the rear edge of the centre console. Carefully pry off the panel using a plastic weatherstrip tool.

• Remove the holder in the panel (ashtray, if applicable) from the panel. First bend the catches on both sides at the upper edge downwards. Use a small screw driver. Pull out the holder by the upper edge.

• Disconnect the connectors from the reverse of the holder (ashtray, if applicable). Place to one side.

• Separate the connectors for the cigarette lighter
• Lift out the centre console. Do not damage the upholstery on the handle on the handbrake lever.

• Turn the centre console upside down and place on a protective surface
• Remove the four screws holding the rear end in place. Remove the rear end.

• Remove the cigarette lighter from the old rear end. First bend up the two tabs on the inside. Use a small screwdriver to release the catches. Pull out the cigarette lighter. Transfer the cigarette lighter to the new rear end.

• Remove the cover panel from the old rear end. First bend the catches on the inside in. Use a weatherstrip tool. Then press the cover panel outwards. It must be transferred to the new rear end.

• Take the new rear section from the kit. Press the cigarette lighter into the new rear section
• Press the cover panel into the new rear section.

• Install the new rear section of the centre console. Tighten using the existing screws.

Reinstall:

• the centre console. Tighten using the existing screws. Reinstall the rubber mat
• the boot on the hand brake lever
• the panel on the gear selector lever boot. Press into the centre console
• the side panels on the centre console
• Connect the connectors to the cigarette lighter. Press these, and the other connector disconnected from the reverse of the holder into the panel
• Reinstall the holder (ashtray, if applicable) and the panel
• Reposition the front seats.

Waste paper basket accessory

• Fold up the holder until it locks in the uppermost position
• Insert the bag through the holder and fold the edges of the bag over the holder.

Bottle holder accessory

• Fold up the holder until it locks in the uppermost position
• Position the bottle as illustrated. The bottle is held in place by the holder and the two raised areas (1) in the carpet.
