- Work from inside the car. Remove the centre section of the backrest by pulling the opening handle, then pull straight up so that it detaches from the lower bracket.
- Detach the retaining strap for the puncture repair kit's compressor if fitted. Remove the compressor.
- Open the boot lid/tailgate.
- Lift up the cargo compartment partition.
- Squeeze the lock together on the hatch next to the passenger compartment and open the hatch.
- Insert the ski bag in the opening.
- Press at the points indicated until a click is heard that confirms attachment into the frame.
- Open the catches on the straps.
- Pull the ski bag to its full length.
- Secure the ski bag's spring hook into the bracket.
