Preparations
Applies to cars without mountings in the cargo compartment
- Remove the floor hatch
- Position the mounting (1) on the rear crossmember panel as illustrated. Drill a Ø 3.5 mm (9/64”) hole through the mounting and the rear crossmember panel. Tighten the mounting.Repeat the operation on the other side
- Reposition the floor hatch.
Installing the protective cover
Illustration A applies to 855, 945, 965, V70 (-00), V70 (00-), V90
Illustration B applies to 854, 944, 964, S60, S70, S80, S90
- Unfold the protective cover. Position the protective cover with the upholstered side facing upwards. Secure the protective cover with the hooks in the existing mountings in the cargo compartment.
Подсказка: If necessary an extra Velcro strip (1) can be installed on the rear cross member panel to secure the protective cover to the tailgate sill according to illustration B.
Storing the protective cover
- Fold the protective cover as illustrated with the oil cloth facing inwards. Ensure that the Velcro strip secures
- Position the protective cover under the floor hatch.
