Mudguard front (2000, 2001)

• Remove the rear wheels
• Carefully drill out the four rivets holding the rear edge of the bumper liner at the front edge of the front bumper. Use a Ø 6 mm (1/4 “) drill bit.

Примечание: Do not damage any of the plastic components.

• Clean the marked surface using a mixture of 30 % windscreen washer fluid and 70 % water. Wipe dry.

• Remove the backing from the masking tape
• Secure the masking tape at the front edge on the front bumper cover. Position the tape just in front of curve of the front bumper cover as illustrated
• Secure the masking tape along the length of the front edge first. Then press backwards firmly. Puncture any air bubbles using a needle
• Press the masking tape into place firmly.

• Install the mudguard. Rivet the mudguard into place in the bumper liner and the front edge bumper cover
• Reinstall the front wheels. Tighten the wheels. Tighten to 110 Nm (96 lbf. ft).
