• Data must be read from the Upper electronic module (UEM) before replacing the inner rear view mirror. After replacement the data must be programmed into the new control module. The programmed data is read via VIDA vehicle communication.

Примечание: First when the new inner rear view mirror has been installed in the vehicle can the new software be ordered. When ordering VIDA will read the identity of the new control module, which is essential to order the right software.

• Important! Wait at least three minutes before disassembling the connector or removing other electrical equipment.

• Fold down the cover.

• Release the catches. Pull down the front edge of the panel and then pull it off by its rear edge.

1. Press in the connector's catches.
2. Unplug the connector.

• Release the catches and carefully pull the interior lighting downwards and let it hang from its wires.

• Install the new inner rear view mirror in the reverse order. Tightening torque M6 bolts: 10 Nm (7.3 lbf.ft).
• Download the software for the accessory's function following the service information in VIDA.
