Applies to the V70 (00-)
- Fold up the rear seat cushion.
Applies to S60 and S80
- Detach and lift out the rear seat cushion.
Illustration A applies to the installation of ISOFIX on the side where the single buckle for the car seat belt is positioned
Illustration B applies to the installation of ISOFIX on the side where the double buckle for the car seat belt is positioned
Примечание: The geometry of the seat belt in the S80 is reversed compared with the V70 (00-). The seat belt double buckle is positioned on the opposite side.
The operation is carried out on both sides
- Remove the screw (1). At the single buckle - remove the end mounting (2) from the centre seat belt
- Replace the screw (1) with the new screw from the kit
- Remove the perforated section of the insulation from under the ISOFIX bracket (3).This is to expose the existing stud (5)
- Position the Isofix bracket (3) as illustrated
- Install the screw (1). At the single buckle - also install the end mounting (2) for the centre seat belt
- Install the nut (4) and washer (6) from the kit
- Tighten the screw (1). Tighten to 40 Nm (30 ft-lb). Then tighten the nut (4). Tighten to 30 Nm (22 ft.lb).
Applies to the V70 (00-)
- Fold the rear seat cushion back into place.
Applies to S60 and S80
- Reinstall the rear seat cushion.
