Isofix, rear (1999, 2000)

Applies to the V70 (00-)

• Fold up the rear seat cushion.

Applies to the S60 and S80

• Detach and lift out the rear seat cushion.

• Fold the insulation mat on the right-hand side to one side.

• Tape the insulation mat (1) as illustrated.

Image A applies to the installation of ISOFIX on the side where the seat belt's single buckle is located.

Image B applies to the installation of ISOFIX on the side of the car where the seat belt's double buckle is located.

Примечание: The S80 has the opposite seat belt geometry to the V70 (00-), i.e. the seat belt's double buckle is located on the opposite side.

Carry out on both sides

• Remove the screw (1). For the single buckle - remove the middle seat belt's end mounting (2).
• Replace the screw (1) with a new screw from the kit.
• Expose the existing stud (5) by removing the perforated part of the insulation under the ISOFIX bracket (3).
• Position the ISOFIX bracket (3) as illustrated.
• Install the screw (1). For the single buckle - together with the middle seat belt's end mounting (2).
• Install nut (4) and washer (6), from the kit.
• Tighten the screw (1) to 40 Nm (30 lbf.ft.) and then tighten nut (4) to 30 Nm (22 lbf.ft.).

Applies to the V70 (00-)

• Fold the rear seat cushion back into place.

Applies to the S60 and S80

• Reinstall the rear seat cushion.
