Carrier bag holder (1991, 1992)

Applies to 854/S40 (-04)/S90

• Fit the brackets with nuts (2) upwards in the outside oval holes under the parcel shelf, turn the brackets so that they lie across the holes. The support lug (1) must be turned towards the backrest. Brackets for 854 and S40 are purchased separately and they have no support lug.
• Lift the rail up to the brackets and screw it in.
• Thread the hooks (3) onto the rail. Insert the end stop (4).

Applies to 944/964

• Drill a Ø 3.5 mm (9/64") diameter hole under the parcel shelf as illustrated.

Applies to 944/964

• Install the rail (1) with a screw (2) in the drilled hole.
• Align the rail so that it is straight under the parcel shelf.
• Drill the remaining holes and install the screws (3).
• Thread the hooks (4) onto the rail. Insert the end stop (5).

Applies to S70

• Position the rail (1) against the edge (2) at the rear edge of the cargo compartment lighting, 15 mm (19/32") from the cut-out in the parcel shelf.
• Drill a Ø 3.5 mm (9/64") diameter hole in the parcel shelf through one of the holes in the rail.
• Align the rail and tighten it using a screw from the kit.
• Drill out the remaining holes and tighten the rail with the screws from the kit.
• Thread the hooks (3) onto the rail. Insert the end stop (4).

• Remove the carrier bag by turning the hook to the side or by lifting the carrier bag handle backwards/upwards.
