Bumper protector, rear

Примечание: The temperature of the car must be at least 16°C when the bumper protector is applied.

• Wash the car
• Open the tailgate
• Clean the bumper using a mixture of 30% windscreen washer fluid and 70% water
• Check that the bumper is smooth and clean, and has no tar stains.

• Mark where the bumper protector is to be placed using tape. The distance from the front edge of the bumper to the front edge of the protector must be 17 mm.

• Position the bumper protector on the bumper. Ensure that the protector is centred. The fourteenth rubber rib must be in the centre of the dip in the panel below the tailgate lock
• Check the distance of the protector from the bumper
• Lift the right-hand section of the bumper protector. Remove the backing paper for that section. Press down the protector by hand
• Lift the left-hand section of the bumper protector. Remove the backing paper for that section. Press down the protector by hand.

• After installing the bumper protector ribs, the car must not be exposed to temperatures lower than +15°C for 8 hours.
