- Regularly check that the load carriers are properly secured
- Regularly check that the bicycle and bicycle holder are properly secured
- Handling is affected by the actual load and its position. The centre of gravity of the car changes when driving with a load, which affects the handling of the car. Adjust your speed accordingly
- The load increases the total height of the car which affects accessibility. Be aware of low roofs and entrances

- Unlock the latch on the bicycle holder and remove it.
- Take the three latches. Install a nut in the hole in each latch.
- Take two mounting screws L = 94 mm (3 11/16 ”) from the kit. Insert the mounting screws in the holes in the larger mounting
- Insert one mounting screw L = 66.5 mm (2 5/8 ”) in the smaller mounting
- Screw the three latches into place. Reinstall the latches with the key lock in the position shown in illustration 1.
- Take the three mounting brackets from the kit. Insert in the holes in the mountings as illustrated
- Thread on the two straps from the kit from underneath, with the grooved side facing outwards.
- Position the bicycle holder on the load carriers. The smaller mounting can be moved lengthways (according to illustration 3) to adapt it to the location of the load carriers
- Hook the mounting screws in the cut-outs in the mounting brackets. Screw down the latches against the mountings
- Fold down the latches so that the mounting brackets clamp around the load carriers. Try to screw the latch up or down until sufficient securing pressure is obtained. It should now be firmly in place. The latch with the key lock is folded so that the lock bolt is positioned in the existing groove
- Lock using the key.
Applies to T-groove load carriers
- Unlock the latch on the bicycle holder and remove it.
- Take the three latches. Install a nut in the hole in each latch.
- Take two mounting screws L = 61 mm (2 3/8 ”) from the kit. Insert the mounting screws in the holes in the larger mounting
- Insert one mounting screw L = 35 mm (1 3/8 ”) in the smaller mounting
- Screw the three latches into place. Reinstall the latches with the key lock in the position shown in illustration 6.
- Thread on the two straps from the kit from underneath, with the grooved side facing outwards.
- Align the square heads on the mounting screws in the T-grooves for the load carriers. Slide the bicycle holder over the roof. The smaller mounting can be moved lengthways (according to illustration 8) to adapt it to the location of the load carriers
- Screw down the latches against the mountings
- Fold down the latches so that the mounting brackets clamp around the load carriers. Try to screw the latch up or down until sufficient securing pressure is obtained. It should now be firmly in place. The latch with the key lock is folded so that the lock bolt is positioned in the existing groove
- Lock using the key.

- Check again after driving a short distance
- Repeat the check at suitable intervals.
