Activating components/functions (1999, 2000)

Use this function to activate the system components/functions individually using a frequency of 0.5 Hz. To activate components/functions:

• Vehicle speed must be 0 km/h
• Gear selector in positions P or N

The following components can be activated:

• Shift solenoid S1
• Shift solenoid S2
• Lock-up solenoid SL
• Line pressure solenoid STH
• Warning lamp in the combined instrument panel.
• Constant idle speed compensation, P/N-position and torque limiting
